BBQ Ribs and Orange with Honey

1 lb baby ribs
Zest 2 oranges and squeeze juice
Worcester Sauce

Cover baby ribs with the zest of both oranges and the juice of one.
Wrap in foil and air fry for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
In a bowl, mix the juice of one orange with a spoonful of honey, some thyme, salt and worcestershire sauce to make a paste.
Remove the foil, zest and liquid fat from the ribs and spread half the paste over the ribs and air fry for 8 minutes.
Add the rest of the paste and air fry for a further 8 minutes.
